Good initial training program. I worked in the Clinical department for two years. It is an International company with top pharmaceutical companies as clients and most of the studies carried out there are international clinical trials.

Cons

As any other big CRO the company is very hierarchical, it is not easy to get a promotion even as a result of good work, so it takes years to move to a CRA I position to CRA II and much more difficult to be promoted to a senior, project management or line management position. This is one of the main reasons for the turning over the company suffers. The salaries are not on the average, smaller salaries for the high qualify jobs.
