Pros
Benefits. If you have a family and need benefits, then this is a good place.
Cons
Everything. It is corporate, so seniority is above all. Do not expect to rise up, or move up as you will get passed up. They will tell you "if you work hard" but in reality, you can only go forward if you are on board 100% (kissing butt), and have been at the company a long time. However the company is a sinking ship; by that i mean they are getting too big, too fast and the employees feel it. Daily tasks get changed, and your job description gets jumbled regularly.
