Pros
General flexibility in hours. Work remotely. Pretty solid resources.
Cons
Many lifelong employees-lots of baggage, therefore - outdated ideas that they will not let go and no room for growth. There also seems to be undertones of sexism and racism. Leadership does consider bigger picture, or the future as a whole. Pay is not great. Health insurance is terrible.
