Pros
WIOAK has a very rich atmosphere, I felt included since day one which is a huge deal for me. WIOAK also makes it fun to work in the lab, with almost weekly events or FOOD :) overall 5 stars
Cons
The ONLY con that I have is the attendance policy. If I came under sickness, family emergency, etc anything that would prevent me from coming in I shouldn't be penalized for that. In those situations, with proper documentation of said emergency no points should be received. Main reason "work life/balance" got 3 stars.
