Pros

It is a good learning experience, if you're wanting to learn the processes of a clinical research unit. and there's free coffee.

Cons

I didn't receive more than a hour or two of training max, whereas in previous jobs training was at least a week or two for each department. The quality of the work is abysmal, and management is severely lacking the proper skills needed to improve the work environment and quality of work turned out.

Pros

I work in a private doctors office. My schedule is very flexible and I don't have any problems calling off work when I need to.

Cons

The only bad thing that I could say is that you have to wait a year before receiving certain perks, such as tuition reimbursement and to change positions.

Pros

Being part of the process that brings much needed medicine to patients who need it. The operations staff is excellent.

Cons

Management is uninterested in improving the environment. They work the dedicated employees to death. Don't work here if you expect to have a life outside of Covance. It's nothing but a major disappointment.
