      Flexable, remote work, good technology

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the work as a company that contracts out staff often workload, work hours are not fully understood by management or acknowledged. For example, it is expected to provide for the client at all costs (eg. work overtime, get tasks done no matter what) but no acknowledgement of hard work or appreciation or compensation are ever given or rarely.
