Tuition reimbursement program is nice.

Cons

Covance provides little to no adequate resources to do your job. Everything is always broken, slow, and rarely updated. It wasn't until late 2020 they migrated from Windows 7 to W10. I used to spend hours each week fixing and unjamming a printer. As a department 10% of our deliverables were on time and the stress level of trying to increase this while analyzing large datasets on tiny laptops was unbearable.
