There are some good people and some flexibility in schedule.

Cons

No work life balance. Managers play favorites, especially to those who try to make others look bad to advance themselves. Managers don't really understand the science and interested in money not quality.

Legacy technology is 20 years outdated. Using Word and excel for far from many things. Processes are really poor.
