Pros
The pay is good, but yearly raises were a big yikes compared to previous employment. Lots of PTO and management was usually good at letting you take off time. Training is amazing! But be prepared to take tests? Like a lot of them. It’s a good place to get lab experience if you can handle the varying timed events and the coworkers were nice for the most part.
Cons
Poor management in stressful events such as preparations going wrong or longer than expected, horrible turn over rate, no progression within department, no work-home life balance, weekends are more frequent compared to what they state in interview, also the job feels like on call due to schedule changes happening daily the night before and morning of your shift.
