Poor management. Lacks patient care. Lack quality workers. Don’t follow SOP. Horrible benefits. Salary gets unlimited time off and often abuse it.

They refuse to give you a raise and a bonus even if they promised you one after a year. They make up these invisible hoops for you to jump through so you never move up or do better. They are very selective and will promote individuals they want which creates a big bias and is very discriminatory considering their prospects are all white. The trainer is AWFULLL and a complete narcissist. Management is terrible. Save yourself the headache and go work somewhere you love even if it pays way less.
