      Great career potential but poor leadership

      Pros

      Being a large company there are lots of opportunities to learn new skills and gain new experience. Training is generally good and further education is encouraged.

      Cons

      Moral was getting progressively worse and the leadership seemed either unaware or unable to do anything about it. There was also obvious regional favouritism. If you were based outside of the United States or Asia you’re unlikely to reach a senior leadership position.

      Large company - sometimes can feel like just a number. Human Resources are fair at best.

      Good benefits for families and individuals. Retirement, health savings, Insurance Life and Health, tuition reimbursement, disability and many others.

      Cons

      Overtime is required for many Information Technology roles.
