Pros

It has a big lab, so if some departments need help you can gain experience elsewhere if you have free time. One supervisor is kind.

Cons

Terribly organized. Underpays it’s workers. We make about 25-50% less than most other labs in the area. Some of the higher ups use intimidation and belittling tactics to get employees to do certain things, however they are only projecting departmental issues onto the basic employees. Never thought I would make a review like this.
