-Overly flexible management, time fraud is everywhere in the lab.

Cons

-Lab sanitation issues, Health information issues, Test accuracy and validation issues. -Management are blind, very tolerant to bad behaviors, and have poor response to operational problems. -Management only supervise 1 shift.
