I felt at home the moment I walked in the door. Management has been very supportive the entire time.The work culture is top notch, and people are genuinely nice and caring. I have always worked in a hospital setting and the reviews were not always favorable., so I came here with trepidation. However, I have realized this is the best decision I ever made for my career. Not only am I well compensated for my role, I feel that the company truly values each employee and cares about not just your work for the company, but also your work- life balance. I am very happy to be a part of LabCorp.
