      Dealing with angry lab assistance. Not their fault, the job is just stressful for them

      Pros

      Manager is flexible if you communicate with him. Easy to accumulate PTO Plenty of opportunities to take days off. Plenty of OT Simple warehouse tasks. Picking, shipping, packing, etc Small warehouse

      Cons

      Small raises. Got $.25 raise after first review. Was the highest reviewed employee as well. Manager will off load tasks on employees. Sometimes he would place too much on good employees. Sloppy coworkers they're here to collect checks, they will cut corners to help themselves only. Selfish work culture. Lack of repercussions for employees. Too many same mistakes occurred, many avoidable.
