Diversity, Home life and work life balance, transitioning from one role to another even out of state, my super is awesome,

Pay could be better but I love what I do so I accept, no recognition of accomplishments

very together,very easy system to deal with which allows more time spent on patient care and a qucik process for the patient.

Cons

1 coworker was not so easy on me as far a training in the first week, but I spoke up to her in private and she eventually laid off
