      I used to have a great boss

      Cons

      Regularly understaffed, belittled by middle management, micromanaged. Expected to work overtime and then censured for doing so. Old crappy computer system, garbage dot-matrix printers, chairs falling apart that haven't been replaced in 6 months.

      Pros

      Good benefits that includes health insurance, 401K matching, and company stock purchase discount.

      Cons

      There is a large disconnect between the lab managers and the techs. There is very minimal communication about what is happening and when there is a change taking place. The techs will usually have no say in what is happening and the amount work or process that is being done. There are also noticeable favoritism with certain techs and manager.
