Pros
Company has great benefits. Has good sites to work at and will take care of it's employees that show initiative. Compared to other labs, I feel that Labcorp is the best to work for.
Cons
No chance for advancement unless you are in the click. Pay raises are from time to time frozen. If you leave with a notice and years of service; expect not to get hired back on. I have filled out hundreds of applications over the past two years and have not been re-hired. Again, you really will have to be in a click, or know someone; I know many, but this one person I feel is keeping my application from being seen.
