      Pros

      The only good reason to work for labcorp is if you can't get a job anywhere else. Benefits are mediocre.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. If you are salary, they expect you to work 50 hours or more a week. Never hire enough personnel. Pay is aweful. Management has no clue what they're doing. Don't care about your personal life. Lots and lots of beaurocracy. Promise stars and moon but don't come through with promises. Always low moral.
