      not worth it. look elsewhere

      Cons

      everything sucked, horrible coworkers and pay. As a PIR your nothing more than a glorified receptionist. Answers phones, collects specimens, insurances and paperwork. They require you to work in your current position for a yr before you can move up

      Pros

      The pay is very good, I feel they are fair based on the positon. I like their mission, and for the most part their idiology is right on point. They have really good benefits and they are on top of everything. They really looked out for me. Dealing with people from all walks of life and being involved in trying to help them through their various channels of specimen collection.

      Cons

      Site coordinators, meaning, I feel some of the site coordinators need to be closely overseen. not so much micromanaged, just every now and then someone needs to come without being announced. We tend to find out more about employees, employers and people in general when they are not aware they are being watched. Honestly, this is the on con I see.
