Pros

Stay busy, supportive management who take concerns seriously without judgement or bias. Ability to grow within the company, hourly rate is competitive, benefits are good, I love working for Labcorp!

Cons

Some site coordinators are not fit to be in the position of supervising other people. They are either too lazy to get up and help draw blood or they are on a power trip. If management is made aware of these issues, they will address them and attempt to incite change, though not always successful. team members for the most part all pull their weight with the exception of a few lazy people, but they weed themselves out eventually. Not a lot of down time, if you are someone that needs two 15-minute breaks then apply elsewhere, you only get a 30-minute break for lunch.
