      It's been 2.5Years, I feel very lucky and fortunate to have found a fantastic group of professional people to work with and learn from every day. - perfect environment to work. - work load is not hectic because labcorp believes on team work. - proper training and guidance with best experienced persons - overall leave days are quite good.

      Pros

      Job Security. Good and understanding leadership team. Flexibility on working hours. There is always work and pipeline is strong giving us good exposure.

      Cons

      Home office setup was not provided to me since I am a legacy Chiltern employee and an already existing permanent WFH offer. I would appreciate if all benefits of Covance/LabCorp are made available to Legacy Chiltern colleagues.

      I have recently joined Covance, few of things they care about employees, and cultural beliefs to create good work culture looks promising at this moment, and I will wait to see how things gonna turn out be in coming next six month or a year so.

      Yet to Identify, I cannot have prejudice and need to witness the situations before I comment on the Cons.
