Pros
Co-workers are helpful. The benefits are good, the schedule was ok.
Cons
The place has been going downhill since the Labcorp fully took over. The Kit production department is not running 24/7. We are sent home early or told not to come in on the weekends when the pay is premium. Have stymied efforts to allow any unemployment benefits. On top of that, they bring in temps that make $2 dollars an hour more than full-time employees. I have tried to contact corporate HR about it and they will not answer me. The management keeps promising full-time hours will come back soon. It has been slow for 4 months.
