Pros

The company treats everyone well, there is lots of opportunity for promotion, the industry is very dynamic and interesting, and our work directly impacts the health and well-being of patients. It doesn't get any better than that.

Cons

The work is challenging and requires a full effort. I thrive on that, but not everyone does. If you're looking for a simple, boring job where every day is the same, this isn't the one for you. But if you like to be challenged (with plenty of support), then you can build a great career here.

Great benefits: 401k, Medical, dental and vision

Cons

You accrue PTO but barely get approval for your request, typically denied "due to business needs". If you are sick, forget it. You will be using PTO for the day you missed but you get an occurence and since you are in NC you don't get Sick days which means once you hit 12 occurrences (they all fall off from the year you accrued) you can be terminated.
