They severely micromanage, you get a 30 minute lunch and 2-15 minute breaks. Any personal time outside of those breaks are reported. You can’t be more than 4 minutes late or it's reported. No one lasts more than a year and since so many people quit the workload is put on everyone else. They hire 20 agents every 3-6 months but maybe 6 last from each group. You are expected to meet impossible numbers and they don't give you enough time to actually finish a task before they push you to another. They don't care about quality or their employees only meeting the client’s needs.
