Pros

Benefits seem great. For instance, they will match your contribution to your 401k up to 6% of your salary. If you can tolerate the very poor work environment and do your best, you can move up quickly.

Cons

I see that the average posted salary is around 41k, however, I started at 38k and most people start at 35k. I honestly don't know why my pay is more but I'm not going to question it :). Turnover rate is very high, mainly for the "temporary" employees aka contracted employees. This makes us all anxious.

Pros

Lot's of opportunity for a wealth of experience Depending on the program, you can really push the boundaries of your work ethic and gauge the capacity of your critical thinking and ability to manage yourself during times when the workload may not be abundant. Central Location Flexible scheduling

Cons

Poor management. Many supervisors seem to have won the popularity contest needed to advance in the company. It shows in their inability to effectively manage their programs or employees and pass any blame to their contingent staff. They all have their favorites and it shows. Oppressive environment with a culture that promotes bullying, office gossip, favoritism and a general bias toward promoting women on certain programs. Contingent workers are treated as second-class citizens even when the quality of their work is very apparently greater than many of the permanent employees within the company.
