Pros

Are there any pros to provide for this company? No, after thinking about how they treat their temp employees, there are no pros to be provided.

Cons

its totally non-sense the way this company does the hiring process, you get hired through Randstad, you work there like a work animal for a few months with a dream of being a permanent employee, and then your contract ends for no real reason. This company is not employee friendly, in the break rooms they have coffee but no cups, they have water machine but no cups. In the Gaithersburg call center, they stuff employees in a suite like pigs in the pig farm. I would not recommend this company to any person, its more of a torture then a job.

Pros

You learn about the mechanics of Medicare and Medicaid and HIPPA compliance. This applies particularly to the call center environment.

Cons

There are lots of promises made about growing but virtually no chance for advancement. The pay is low and the work is tedious. Employees are often blamed and disciplined for mistakes due to lack of training. The culture is toxic, unprofessional, irratic and contradictory information is often given by different supervisors. Supervisors have little sense of accepting responsibility for mistakes; blame is often shouldered by employees. Attrition and turnover occurs regularly. This is a horrible place to work especially for the long term. Morale is low amongst most employees
