-Onboarding is long, lots of reading and not necessarily applicable to your actual job. There is even MORE training after being onboarded that's not always helpful.
-You are as supported as you choose to be. I'm in a WFH position so it's up to me to introduce myself to others and create a network. For me, this hasn't been an issue as I tend to be more outgoing but I can imagine this doesn't work for everyone and it can be daunting just messaging strangers out of the blue asking for help.
