Cons
Since Labcorp acquisition the people morale is getting lower and lower. What was the strength of Covance, its employees, is now the weakness as many skilled and « old » employees are leaving/asked to leave. We get to work with too many new hires and too few people to teach them. And people who remain are overwhelmed with the extra work. Work/life balance for most is not good.
