Pros

Logistically close to work. There are good people that work there. The benefits are ok, but that will change soon enough. The cafe is ok, but nothing great.

Cons

Management has no clue about the real problems the project managers face. Everyone is very unhappy here. The workload is way too much for people across every team. Management is never around. They come across as just waiting for their next career move. Plus, our technology is a joke in the industry, very sad days.

None to speak of. Rates are OK, but that is about it.

Cons

IT Contractors are referred to as "meat shields". When projects go south, the contractors are terminated, but the employees making the decisions keep theirs. There is no accountability in the IT management ranks. One project has chewed up and spit out 13 project managers and is now attempting to digest its 14th.
