      Pros

      You get opportunity to learn more regarding quality. Salary employees don’t have a limited pto anymore but can request off and be allowed if they on top of their tasks.

      Cons

      Favoritism is a big thing here. There is no opportunity for growth and requires so many yrs and supervisor role yrs to move up into quality. Don’t provide skills to improve your job duties.

      Pros

      Many locations all around the world. PLB (PTO) is really good and the longer you are employed, the more PLB you receive. Much room for growth and opportunity.

      Cons

      Communication can be ineffective from management.

      Friendly colleagues, good exposure to trends in healthcare software via the companies partners, ongoing projects and opportunities for growth in an exciting industry

      Cons

      Some of the challenges I experienced were regarding the process for approval of new projects, and just the process of getting new projects started.
