Management doesn’t have a clue what’s going on so you can do whatever you want and come and go as you please... as long as you can breath you can work at Salem building.
Cons
Promotions are based on tenure not skill. Business is stuck in the 90s. Cash is all that’s important no matter the cost. If you have an opinion or offer suggestions you will be labeled a problem. No room for improvements. HR runs the departments without having a clue how the business works. Makes for poor hiring and promotions. HR also chooses who to fire, write up, and place on performance plans at random. If your in a protected class don’t worry they won’t touch you for fear of lawsuit. Pay is minimal, if you have a degree, are smart, or have a skill stay away!!
