This is a terrible place to be a new employee. It's absolutely overwhelming. I was overdue on 41 trainings on my first day. There's no road map of all of the systems, bureaucracy and processes. I'm 3 months in and still inefficient in my job because I don't know how to work through all of these things. It feels unpleasant to work here simply because I feel lost a fair chunk of the time. I'm a competent and experienced sales manager in this industry but it's not the listed duties of the job that are the issue. It's the overwhelming bureaucracy and systems. We just lost a large deal because I couldn't get legal to change 4 sentences on an NDA within 2 months (and everyone at LCA decided it was ok to change them) so the account just went to Quest. This isn't fun.
