Culture is extremely accepting and diverse. Has opportunities to improve and grow within the company, but can be sparse at times and seems to be that some positions are created with certain people in mind.

Cons

Some people are not fully knowledgeable in their workplace or do not care with the job they are doing and are still at the workplace. They are not reprimanded or fired for lazy behaviour.

Taking the car home, gas card for $100 a month.

Cons

ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Not a livable wage or place for opportunity to move up. Horrible management who belittles the staff in Raritan NJ. Low pay , even after years of Labcorp start new employees with the same pay which is still low. Can not take off because to many drivers are out. If you’re not working in the office you’re underpaid and treated with no respect.
