      Pros

      There are a lot of benefits that a lot of people don't take advantage of. Labcorp has partnerships with various companies so you can get a good deal on them if you shop through Labcorp. Their fitness reimbursement program allows you to buy fitness equipment or gym memberships and get up to $300 reimbursed. Some supervisors and managers actually want the best for you.

      Cons

      The company as a whole doesn't really care about its employees and some supervisors and managers follow suit. They couldn't even get vegan or gluten free options for their employee appreciation lunches. A position requiring an associate's degree can pay more than a position requiring a bachelor's. Within the forensic toxicology department, communication between management and lower level employees is mostly very poor.

      Pros

      You learn the right way to do things and standards for running a lab. I never knew the value of what i received until i went to a lab that had zero standards and short-cut very important practices.

      Cons

      All the things that come with working with human beings. Gossiping and all that but that's typical in a lot of work places to be honest.
