Toxic environment, money is the only thing that matters- not employees. During the COVID pandemic don't expect your manager to give a crap if you have family, are afraid, need supplies for protection like masks (first batch came last week), cleaning supplies (on backorder) or hand sanitizer (sorry, on backorder too). When people are scared and unsure where there next meal may come from or can I pay my rent/mortgage or am I safe; let's make sure the company makes money and that can happen if we halt raises and don't contribute to 401k's for the rest of the year. Is the company losing money? NO, check their stocks, doing great! Shame on you
