      Room for advancement (only after being employed for at least 1 year). Collaborative work environment. Easy to obtain and retain position. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Requires one year before allowing for advancement. Inaccurate job title as there is neither Research nor Analysis in the job function of the Research Analyst. The Research Analyst is a Lab Tech. Pay could be stronger. Requires evening and weekend commitment with limited work available to be completed.
