Colleagues are wonderful and the work is meaningful

Cons

Everyone is overworked, with schedules often requiring labs to run well over capacity, without gratitude. Lab staff are not treated well within the company, especially by those higher up. The starting pay does not make the stress of the job worthwhile and is lower than other companies offer for the same work. Work-life balance is difficult, with overtime and weekend work frequent, and time off is difficult to take due to workloads.
