Pros
Benefits package, use of company vehicle on personal time for a fee, free laboratory testing for you and spouse/children Weekends off in my particular location and job
Cons
Expensive health coverage (weight and tobacco use penalties), branch manager at my location delegates manager-only tasks to subordinates to avoid doing them and often doesn't physically work a full 40 hours at the branch and has employees work overtime accessioning or running routes to avoid doing it. The company is structured to point out problems more than positives.
