      Its a job if you are desperate

      Cons

      They do everything to pay you the bare minimum, including conspiring with other employers in the area. Promise a good bonus for picking up an extra shift and then say you misunderstood and the bonus is actually way smaller. Management is not interested in developing their staff, only interested in working them to the bone.
