Pros
ICs are good people to work with, unlimited PTO, IC managers are doing their best to support employees, but they're stuck doing the best they can in spite of middle to upper management.
Cons
Low pay, so little respect for people and what they do they can't even refer to them as "people" (we're just "resources"), eliminating WFH, and a heavy push to start AI slopping everything.
