It would be an understatement to say the present status of programming department is pathetic. Decisions are being made by 'supervisors imported from UK' who have minimal qualifications and absolutely no idea about the US operations. Nepotism is rampant and juicy packages are being handed out to the hardly deserving Leeds (UK) group, while American employee are fired or let go for no valid reasons, whatsoever. Don’t even think of applying here unless you have no other options. Last but not the least; the pay is the worst in the industry.
