      Pros

      Responsive management, great people to work with, the work isn't that difficult. Work environment can be a little fast paced depending on the department but it's the best job I've had.

      Cons

      There are some parts of promotion/transfer processes that have a lot of red tape around them, but about the same as you would expect at any other corporate job. There are a few departments that are worse to work in than others, I can't think of any other cons.

      Pros

      Easy work, plenty of PTO if you don't get sick. Cafeteria in the facility. Adequate training for the job you were hired for.

      Cons

      No sick time, covid policy is to use PTO even for positive tests. Expect to work with a lot of sick people. Micromanagement. Little to no expected career growth or even additional training opportunities. Restricted overtime and weekend opportunities. Employee groups are basically unused and completely neglected by a majority of staff. Expensive insurance with subpar coverage.
