Pros
Free secured parking with plenty spaces available. On site canteen. Nice colleagues. Leavers party (almost) every week (although this could be in 'cons' section).
Cons
Unrealistic workload. I got to work overtime almost every day. No support from managers. No understanding from managers. Inflexibility. Nepotism. No leavers interview (for me). You do not get learn anything because there is no time for it. You have to work all day and often overtime. No training given, you are suppose to finger it out by yourself and watching colleagues. Facilities in Huntingdon are decrepit.
