Pros
I have been able to work across divisions and with a host of people across the globe. Over the past 12 years I have reported in to over 8 different leaders due to job changes and growth opportunities. The employee resource groups allowed me to find like minded people and meet people outside of my role. My development has been supported throughout my career. Take full advantage of the resources, tools, mentoring, learning, resource groups to make the most connections in this large global organization.
Cons
It's a large organization so sometimes decision making and changes seem to take too long. Managing time at work/personal time can be a challenge sometimes. Your manager matters. Choose carefully. There are some great managers and some that are still learning.
