      Work life balance. Flexible time off policy. Satisfaction of making changes to patients life.

      Cons

      No growth. Though you outperform with all your skills you will not be promoted. Stay in the same level. It was demotivating and frustrating experience. Pay could be better with bonus. Old school style micro management. Company never spend money on you to grow the necessary skills. Many employees stay here for decades and fearful to adapt new technologies.
