Pros

The benefits are great, but that's about it.

Cons

The Dallas site is like office space. The management is ineffective, and the folks who do mediocre work are promoted. The superstars are forced to stay put, because the company does not have the resources or ability to replace them. The clinic staff are treated like dogs, and have no way to plan any family time because schedules are never available more than a week in advance. Overtime is not allowed, so salaried non-managers are expected to work 60 hours per week to take up the slack. They have some STUPID idiots in management positions, and some smart ones with no backbone. The environment is perfect for a workaholic schizophrenics. The more paranoid and distrusting you are of others... the better. That skill will serve you well there.

Pros

Can be a fairly dynamic work place. Opportunities do exist to move upwardly within the organisation if you are willing to tow the company line.

Cons

Poor systems, unwillingness to change, static thinking, lack of togetherness. Attracts some good staff but doesnt retain them. Most managers appear to be people who have stayed at the company for years and have created there own little kingdoms. This tends to result in a lack of cooperation and an insular approach to the other departments. More emphasis needs to be put on performing quality work and producing a quality product. This may impact on throughput and cost but the client retention is likely to improve.
