Pros

Supervisor is awesome, she is attentive and responsive. Pay is good, benefits are good. I love my job.

Cons

The new scheduling system. It only works under the most ideal situations. It does not allow for any kind of hiccup, such as a patient with difficult viens, large orders not in the system, I am in Florida and during the summer we deal with dehydration, people take longer to urinate. All it takes is 2-3 issues and your now behind schedule. There has to be a way to block a little time to accommodate those issues. Patient wait times begin to add up, NPS scores drop and now you have a burnt out phleb, upset patients and that's not how to run a successful business. The admin system is new and needs to be tweaked. Maybe they should ask the people working on the front line for suggestions on how it could work better?

Over worked, under staffed, only have opportunity to advance if you know someone, rather than your skill set.
