Casual dress, nice breakroom, enjoyed my coworkers

No opportunities to advance, hiring freezes all the time, short staffed a lot, makes current employees work overtime, unrealistic quotas, some employees are treated special, they're never disciplined, do what they want, are not expected to do their share, management is scared to discipline employees.
