-Underpaid -An ever-increasing workload -Inefficiencies everywhere with no desire from higher management to fix them -Unrealistic production expectations -Work is monotonous and boring; headphones were banned so nothing to help get through the long hours -General work and pacing is reminiscent of a sweatshop or a factory -Consistently understaffed and high employee turnover -Micromanaged -Mandatory overtime -Imaging (job description does not include this because they know no one would apply otherwise; higher management is excluded from participating of course) -Unappreciated; we are simply numbers on a spreadsheet and cogs in a machine to be used until failure then discarded and replaced -No work/life balance; practically lived at the lab -Constantly changing SOP’s
